Nourish & Nurture Nutrition
Food is essential to life, so let's eat well* and enjoy it
(*eat well = healthy, balanced & sustainable choices)
About Nourish & Nurture Nutrition
Rebecca Stevens, an Association for Nutrition registered nutritionist (ANutr). I founded Nourish & Nurture Nutrition to provide practical and sustainable evidence-based nutrition advice. I'm also anti-diet, guided by the research that highlights the importance of sustainable healthy eating practices and lifestyle adjustments rather than restricting foods or food groups. My areas of focus include pregnancy, post-natal, weaning and family nutrition. As a mother of three, I have first-hand experience of the importance of eating well during these life stages and I am well-practiced in feeding hungry kids in a healthy yet convenient way!

Before returning to university to study for a MSc in Human Nutrition (Distinction), I spent 10+ years in the world of healthcare PR developing and implementing communication programmes on behalf of pharmaceutical companies, governmental organisations and charities. Transferring this skill set to the nutrition/food sector, I combine my PR agency experience with a creative and flexible approach to projects.

Services
One:One Consultations
If you are looking for more personalised healthy eating or nutrition advice/support, I am available for one:one consultations via Zoom or Skype where we will explore your current dietary habits and concerns. My approach follows ‘non-diet’ principles, with a focus on maintaining a happy and healthy relationship with food and adopting sustainable practices. Contact me at rebeccastevensnutrition@gmail.com or via the Contact Form
Corporate Wellness
Many of us understand what eating healthily means, but feel we don't have the time to put the theory in practice. Having a busy work schedule can also interfere with healthy eating habits that can decrease energy and productivity levels. I can support your corporate wellness activities through evidence-based nutrition workshops and one:one consultations.
Events &Â Workshops
I am also available to speak about a range of nutrition topics, such as: plant-based diets, sustainable diets, gut health, food and mood, nutrition myths and misconceptions, postnatal nutrition & wellness, weaning and sports nutrition (for amateurs).
I convey evidence-based nutrition information in an accessible and easy to understand format including practical tips to support the theory.

Speaker engagements have included Live Well London and Mamas and Papas wellbeing for new mums.
Nutrition Consultancy
With expertise in PR and communications from 10+ years in the healthcare PR industry, I combine both skill sets to support nutrition or food/drink related businesses. I also understand how the media work and can translate potentially complicated  nutrition science into consumer-friendly messages.
Recipe & Menu Analysis
Recipes, menus and meal plans are fully and accurately analysed for their nutritional content. Advice to ensure recipes are nutritionally balanced can also be provided e.g. vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
Voluntary/Pro Bono
I have supported a number of charity-run healthy eating initiatives in this sector. If you are in need of ad-hoc nutrition support, please contact me.
Rebecca was a joy to work with on our cancer nutrition project. She offered insightful comments to help elevate our recipes and worked flexibly and collaboratively with our other stakeholders to ensure we got the best outcomes. We will definitely look to work with her again on similar projects in the future (Ogilvy Health)

This was a perfect introduction to weaning with all topics covered in a friendly and informative session. I left equipped with more knowledge and confidence to tackle weaning successfully. Thank you (The Happy Birth Club Parent, Weaning Workshop)

Rebecca assisted me in looking at what my eating habits were in conjunction with my lifestyle and sleeping habits and pulled together a holistic view of where I could make changes. When we met the changes she suggested were very practical and easy to implement but also impactful. She listened to my specific needs and was able to design a way of eating which resulted in me having more energy and feeling more balanced at the end of the day. I found my session very beneficial and would highly recommend Rebecca. (One:one, mother of two)

I had a great one:one consultation with Rebecca about my 18 month old's fussy phase. She was incredibly reassuring and supportive - identifying a few key areas where I could make some changes. This session really helped to allay my worries. (One:one, infant fussy eating)
